Background
Telecommunications is one of the most important factors in the running of a business. Established in 1993, ATS provide voice and data communications expertise. They partner with some of the leading telecoms and data hardware & software providers. Regardless of a companies requirements, size or business type, they can design and implement a telecoms and data solution to suit the business needs.
The Challenge
ATS wanted to create a new brand identity that that would help them stand out from their competitors and reposition them as a technical solution provider and just a hardware provider.
The new identity needed to applied across their range of marketing materials as well a brand new corporate website.
Our Approach
Having reviewed their existing branding and identifying the positives and negatives associated with it, we undertook extensive research into their market, reviewing their competitors and identifying any opportunities that arose.
Our strategy was to position ATS as the market leader in the two areas of 'Relationships' and 'Tailored Service Solutions'. We defined their brand positioning as being a wholly owned Irish company that has grown over the years by listening and working closely with the people around them; their team, their partners and their customers. Building these strong relationships has allowed them to meet and preempt their customers needs consistently and effectively; delivering a truly tailored service.
After this part of the process was completed, we began developing a new identity that supported this proposition. We created a very modern logotype that through it's interconnected nodes, represented the idea of a high tech solution, tailored to the clients needs as well as representing the close working relationships between ATS and their client base.
In support of the logo, we developed the tagline 'Your Communications partner' to reinforce the message of their close working relationships with their clients, something which ATS take a lot of pride in.
We then proceeded to apply their new identity to a sharp suite of stationery and a brand new website.
The website was designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. Using a very cool, sophisticated pallet and a clear multi-level navigation structure, the user has quick access to important documentation as well Service Call Updates, Quotations, Voice Bill viewing and Invoice Requests.
Using javascript-based elements and animated icons, the site has an energetic, technological feel, reflecting their core values of a quality service and product offering.
Result
The launch of the new branding and website proved a huge success for ATS. They now have a strong, unique market presence which differentiates them from their competitors and represents their unique service offering.
In addition to functioning as an information source for potential customers, the website acts as a central hub for their existing client base. It's the one-stop-shop for managing their account, keeping tabs on service calls and keeping up to date with the latest news and promotions on offer.
