Travelport (formerly MTT) required a fully responsive online platform to showcase their brand to their target customers.
Travelport are a mobile travel technology company who create innovative digital travel solutions for airlines, TMC’s and travel agencies. MTT’s client portfolio includes Singapore Airlines, EasyJet and Saudi Airlines.
What We Did
Travelport required an edgy and unique website to showcase their products and their clients.
UX & Design
This project involved working closely with the client to examine the Travelport brand positioning and devise an effective strategy to communicate this online. Our design team kicked off the project with a workshop involving our team and the staff at Travelport. The workshop aimed at teasing out the company’s brand values and USP’s. After this workshop and competitor research, the team were able to undertake an extensive review of the industry competitors to identify opportunities and devise a robust set of unique selling points to build a strong positioning statement. This enabled the design team to begin creating the website architecture and design.
The main service of this project was to design and develop a fully responsive website, showcasing the Travelport brand. Once the strategy and research were finished, the team took the new brand direction online, creating a contemporary new site design that presents MTT as the cutting edge software development company they are today. Reflecting the nature of the industry in which Travelport operates, great emphasis was placed on the UX as well as UI design of their new site which works flawlessly across all devices. Vibrant custom graphics and illustrations were created to showcase their product set and communicate the value of their working process to their target audience. Together with the striking site design, these graphics and illustrations serve to build a strong and memorable online brand presence for MTT. Their new online presence projects a brand impression that is in line with the quality of their products and positions them alongside their large-scale global competitors. The digital marketing team then optimised the new website for SEO - which involved writing metadata and optimising the content for search engines. As well as this, the marketing team also set up a website measurement plan using Google Analytics enabling the MTT staff to monitor their website’s performance easily and effectively.
Our design and development team continue to work with Travelport on technical support and creation of design materials including offline materials and Powerpoint presentation material.
